Abstract:

Tumor is a mass or cells inside the brain that grows abnormally in one’s brain. Brain tumor has of two types primary and secondary. Primary tumors are hail from brain cells and secondary tumors takes place from cancer cells spread to one’s brain from another organs like lungs or breast. Multiple techniques are used in the Image analysis for the detection of brain tumor such as CT scan MRI. MRI is widely used because it gives high resolution and better-quality images. The proposed framework presents the detection and classification of the brain tumor. Bilateral filter is used to remove noise and preserves details. By doing segmentation and classification we will get the tumor detected.
