Abstract:

This article discusses the solution to the problem of increasing the service life of the bucket ring as a result of the reduction of productivity under the influence of weight, friction, adverse effects of impact forses on the excavator bucket during operation and the installation of the bushing using maintenance methods. It is well known that regular and correct maintenance extends the service life of equipment, and the key to successful maintenance is the timely implementation of a well-planned schedule of relevant work. Downtime and losses due to outstanding work can result in a very significant amount, and the cost of eliminating an accident-often twice the cost of preventive equipment repairs. Therefore, it is very important to regularly monitor the technical condition of the machines.
