Abstract:

In recent years, in order to supply the load of courier the spreading production capacities of the factories were used and the amount of delivered liquid fuel to them was provided by Allocation Tavanir company and National Refinery and Distributing of Oil Products. Regarding to the limitations of fuel supply, the capacity of storing tanks of eligible factories and also the limitations of electricity network (distribution), the issue of prioritizing of fuel supply in these units is of great importance in a way that network security is preserved in addition to minimizing the utilizing costs. The limitations of the security of electricity network in the issue of planning the liquid fuel of spreading manufacturing units has been taken into consideration in this article by using an applicable method based on genetic algorithm. In this method, at first, the short-term production planning and based on that daily needed fuel of each unit is identified. Then the limitations of network security are evaluated per hour in usual and urgent conditions. If the network security is violated, the production amount and based on that the delivered fuel to the units is improved by moving the production of the units. The results of simulation of the suggested model show that the fuel is allocated more to the units that have lower cost ratio and more efficiency so that the network security is supplied.
