THE EFFECTS OF ORIGINALITY OF E-COMMERCE WEBSITE DESIGN ON SITE RELIABILITY AND LOYALTY

Abstract:

 

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of Web Site design originality on site reliability and loyalty. A total of 225 respondents using social commerce “Coupang” at least one time per month were collected. In the analytical phase of the study, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Main findings are as follows: First, esthetic impression and individualization out of web site design originality had a positive effect on website reliability. Second, esthetic impression and individualization out of web site design originality had a positive influence on web site royalty. In order to establish an effective marketing strategy and direction of web site design, practitioners need to pay more attention to esthetic impression and individualization of web site design.
